Cookies and browser storage help the website run and remember choices. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it. You can reject it just as easily and still browse, contact us, or book. Revisit your choice using “Cookie settings” on any page.
Website storage
| Type and identifiers | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|
| Necessary: ap_audit_access | Authorizes access to an approved private report for one hour. Contains neither your email nor the original link token. The server checks authorization and expiry on each request. |
| Necessary: ap_privacy_v1 | Analytics choice, version, and timestamp in local storage. Valid for 180 days; not an advertising identifier. |
| Necessary: session, site_language, and session/infrastructure cookies | Sessions, validation, language, and sign-in. Sessions normally end when the browser closes; site_language lasts up to one year. Authentication and infrastructure cookies depend on the service. |
| Requested features: ap_spark_* and interactive preferences | Conversation, navigation, silence, preferences, and Spark progress. Most use tab storage; some preferences and game progress stay locally until cleared. They are not Google analytics. |
| Optional: _ga, _ga_*, ap_attribution_v1, ap_generate_lead_* | Google Analytics, campaign attribution, and duplicate-event prevention, only after acceptance. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Attribution is cleared on withdrawal or consent expiry; deduplication lasts for the tab. |
External services
Microsoft Bookings loads when you choose to schedule. Google reCAPTCHA loads automatically when the message form is shown, or when you request a spam check through Spark. They receive connection information and may use their own cookies or storage. Durations may vary; their notices explain their practices. Accepting analytics does not enable these tools. You can email or call instead.
Videos and other external resources load when you request their feature. Our main fonts and icons are served by our own hosting. External pages and sign-in or billing providers have their own controls.
Choice and withdrawal
“Accept cookies” permits only Google Analytics and attribution. We do not enable arbitrary Google Tag Manager tags or personalized advertising. “Decline” keeps analytics off. You can manage and save preferences; browsing or silence is not consent. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional analytics off.
On withdrawal we stop events and clear analytics cookies and attribution accessible here. If Google already loaded, we reload to unload its code. We cannot clear other domains' cookies or recall information already sent. Use browser settings to clear additional storage. Blocking all storage may require repeating choices and prevent features from remembering their state.
